Yoga is the union of physical, mental and spiritual disciplines which uses breathing techniques, postures and meditation to improve ones holistic wellness.

Hatha Yoga

A holistic class which includes physical poses, breath work, meditation and relaxation

Classes held Tuesdays and Fridays 9.15am - 10.15am (term time only)
£15 per class or £120 for block booking (12 weeks).
Max 12 people


Restorative Yoga

Relaxing and restorative yoga to ground and balance mind and body

Classes held Tuesday 7.15pm - 8.15pm (term time only)
£15 per class or £110 for block booking (11 weeks).
Max 12 people
